Regular Disconnects: We had reports of IS express accounts disconnecting frequently. We believe this to be a problem on Internet Solutions backbone, We have reported this problem, and are awaiting feedback in the interim, please email [email protected] if you are experiencing these problems.

It seems that I.S is taking a page out of telskums book . this evening my msn messenger and google talk is offline as well as all ports on my newsreader ie 119 , 23 , 80 . try to open easynews , NADA try to log into giganews website nothing . so it seems all they want you do is surf & e-mail . How absolutely pathetic . Why can't we just sue these buggers for selling a product which has been degraded to a point where it is useless ,yet they take your money , i think we call it THEFT !!!

No such problems on regular IS accounts. It is those throttled and shaped-to-death "express" "uncapped" accounts that need to be avoided.
