Multiple Simultaneous Account Login?

Ok, I am very new to the whole ADSL area. Thus this is probably a very noobish question.

We have just gotten ADSL in our home. However when I go to my fathers house
would it be possible to take our 5GB CAP account and login on his router.
However the catch is would my mother be able to stay logged in on our router
and continue using internet.

So basically is it possible to log into 1 cap account from 2 separate ADSL lines,
AT THE SAME TIME?

If I understand you correctly, it depends on which ISP you are with. Some of them do allow concurrent connections/simultaneous logins.

For example WebAfrica allow up to 5 logins from different locations on the same account.

Afrihost Allows 2 I think.

Most uncapped accounts do not allow simultaneous login except one of the screamer packages.

So you need to just check with your ISP if they allow it. If they do, then you are A for OK.

no problem, you might also be able to find it on their web page. Just look for info on concurrent connections / simultaneous login.
