Munincipal strike and scrap metal ?

Across from my work there is this Scrap metal place. It's busy Monday to Friday.

However since the municipal strike it's dead quiet Is there a link here?

Of course there is a link. Monkeypalities are well known to employ scrap. With the strike on they have no need to visit the junk yard.

Is the place actually open? Maybe the oke's vacationing on a thousand manhole covers worth and will only be back once the gautrain "order" comes in.

i do scrap metals(and plumbing) so PLEEEASE, anyone here from Durban who has any metal stuff, or broken/old computers, appliances-washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, tumble dryers, microwaves-just call me & i will pick it up
just try to accumulate a van load( i have a Nissan 1400 bakkie)
