I watched the damaged part being imploded from across the street.
Well I suppose that seat was expensive as I was the insurer that paid R397 000 000 for the fire. Sad thing is CCP has nothing to show for the money.

Pretoria city center looked like k@k in the late 90's. They've actually managed to rejuvenate much of the inner center since I last saw it in 2004. A close friend of mine is an architect in PTA, and he says the city is pumping Billions into the central CBD.
