Musicians' thread.

No time for music the last two weeks as I've had to play Ambulance driver for my brother and then a friend the following week.

Frustrated.

Got the next 3 days off. If anyone so much as sneezes around me - I'm knocking them out cold or to the morgue - and I'm not driving them! :mad:

Hehe, still working on the second half so I stopped it there

MCB is an old friend who I hadn't seen for a long time
We had a braai on Friday evening and got to messing about in Cubase and that melody happened :D
It is him playing the piano
I expanded it a bit yesterday and today and I'm liking it so far
 
Need to move my top guitar strap lock - I'm done with the heart attacks of my strap slipping off while I'm jamming!
This is on my Epiphone Les Paul - have read its an issue and that its usually the first thing that okes mod.

Will also be on the hunt for an upgrade to my Cort Semi Accoustic.
Thinking Taylor or Yamaha - need a thin neck. With Chormatic Tuner and EQ.
Any leads or hints that you come across - please drop me a line. Though I'd only be ready at the end of September.
Don't have a problem with 2nd hand - looking at R3k, perhaps even R4k.

Anyone got a Gibson Hummingbird laying around they wanna donate at that price? :D Haha!

Recordings at home have been slow - wrt to rushing people to hospital every other week.
At least I'm getting some stuff done at night after midnight.
Just layering guitar tracks to one song of mine that I'm kind of obsessing with now.
 
If anyone records on garage band and wants me to add some guitar drums or bass let me know. Would dig to do a calibration of sorts. :)

Or doesn't necessarily have to be garage band, I am sure I can import the track into GB though.

Mmmm - why is that? And is it indicative of many musicians? From what I can gather, this Muse has been around since 2009. It is the only one I can find which is why I want to know its exposure and its competitors (if any).
