MW2 and steam acting up

lol.... ja, sux when u amped to try get that tactical nuke killin spree and you cant find / connect to a good game! Sometimes it feels like ages!
 
I usually dont have the patience to wait in the lobby. If I dont find a game in like 3 minutes I jump into Cod 4 :)

They have failed so hard. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. No dedicated servers was the worst thing they have ever done. EVER!!! I can't wait for bad company 2

EDIT: I've been trying for the past 45min to get into a game. I'm not lying 45 MINUTES!!! CAN YOU HANDEL THAT!!!!
 
+1. It failed to find some servers as well. It took ages to connect and then I was lagging like a donkey. About 4 unscheduled disconnects as well.

May be a bad Steam update?
 
By the way why does everybody blame steam when its not steams fault. its IW stupid failing match making that's failing.
 
Agree with Kyubi its not steam its the devils child IWNET.


If you wait to long in the lobby I give it like a minute then go back and go into the lobby again. Most of the times it takes in a few seconds.


Last night was the best we were like 9 people and IWNET still were looking for more players to start the game according to IWNET we were not enough to start so we were sitting for a few minutes when we got dropped.
 
Also the match ended, then connection was lost ?!? happened a couple of times last nite.. But i made it to Major !!!
 
I could see some new changes on Iw.net last night. They probably tried to improve it, but it caused more problems....so we have to wait for the next iw.net update which they is done without us knowing....
 
Yeah.... one or two Migration/failed to connect to host errors and then normally Im all good.

Out of interest, when do you normally pick up a game? Im normally round 90ms.... which is a bit of a wait on its own :(
 
Sometimes I pickup between 70 and 90, but mostly between 100 and 150 (thats cause of my bad connection) Still waiting for Telkom to sort out a line fault...
 
Sometimes I click find game and immediately join a game and I get so excited :D only to realize I end up joining a game that's about to end with me losing. The bomb is already planted and it like 5 seconds left to defuse and I cant do anything lol. This happens very often to me.
 
DOH... yeah, or u spawn between 5 of the opposite sides players, where they all tube you and grenade your arse before u know u in the game!!! All you hear is that familiar whoop - pooom shhhh BANG :)
