Struggled with it as well. But can set it to 3G now at will. Uninstalled all my drivers and used mwcom.

What is MW Com and where do I get it. Im using a TP link router and since yesterday modem is stuck on green edge its useless. I see that there is new firmware on the cell c site. Will this fix my problem. What i dont understand is that it was working fine for months and then when i got home yesterday I had a green light. No problems with 8ta though. Sent Cell_C a message and never heard from him. I was gonna sign another contract with Cell C next week now im thinking about this.

remove the drivers and the software completely. disable autorun

It dont need drivers. everything is easy to setup. you will see in the config file. just choose umts do not choose gprs.

Yes, we've heard you several times already about mwconn. Strange that their manual states:"If you do not want to install the original software, you must at least install the driver for your wireless modem
as a minimum pre-requisite."
