Mweb 1MB Prem uncapped vs Afrihost 1MB Business uncapped

Apologies in advance if this has already been asked...

I currently have a 1MB prem line with mweb and have been frustrated by throttling time and time again. For the little extra cash is switching to afri 1MB business be worth it?

I have 2mb Afrihost (Not business) never had problem with gaming, steaming, browsing. except download not always fast as Afrihost mention that download will speed up from 10pm to 6pm I think? Right Afrihost?

Ok cool the main issue for me is that I want to be able to game, download and have my line at full speed in general with out worrying about getting shaped or throttled regardless of the time of day which is why the business uncapped sounds like a good option. I just want to be sure that the business accounts are 100% unshaped at all times and are never throttled... Afrihost does guarantee that on their website.How true is it?

I never had throttle before. I'm not sure of other Afrihost customer.

Moving from MWEB to Afrihost was the best thing I could have done. I was reluctant for a while, because of the whole line transition etc , but with the endless throttling from MWEb, I rather sacrificed the few weeks without internet, and made the change. I have not looked back since

The AH Business Account is good. For Netflix/Hulu they don't always offer the same quality as WebAfrica but other than that it's a great account.

I remember MWeb throttled us to 30kB/s speeds for a few months. Got sick and tired. Got dad to switch to open web 6mbps even though I believe our line is only 3-4 Mbps. Very happy with speeds now. We actually pay less than what we did with MWeb.
