360p keep stopping to buffer ever 15sec

but my dl speed are 95-105

everyting works good just youtube
do u guys have the same prob?

I usually pause all the stuff I steam for about a minute. The minimum line is at least 2 meg which makes it a 4 meg line cause we have no 2 meg lines in Za

Good evening, google is having trouble with their network today and this could also be affecting your experience with YouTube. Let me know if the problem persists tomorrow.
