MWEB ADSL Shaping?

Hello fellow forumites,

Does anyone else experience odd behaviour at certain times of the evening on MWEB ADSL lines?

We have cloud-managed Access Points (OpenMesh / CloudTrax) that disconnect from our cloud management dashboard in unison every day. The exact time varies but it happens to all of our access points on ADSL lines at exactly the same time, yet does not happen with our accounts running on our fibre connections.

It seems to coincide with some sort of shaping that occurs at the same time so not sure if it's related at all.

Disconnect times:
Today: 16h00
15/09: 20h00
14/09: 21h00
11/09: 21h00
10/09: 21h00
09/09: 20h00
08/09: 21h00
07/09: 21h00
06/09: 21h00
02/09: 21h00
01/09: 10h00
31/08: 20h00

Anyone experience anything similar?
 
Does your adsl and pppoe connection stay up but you can't get anywhere ?

Yep, PPPoE stays online for the duration. Most things work but it seems some UDP services go wonky. Have tried to use different DNS services in case it was that but same issue.

On the button at 4pm today had the same behaviour. Stays down for a couple hours and eventually comes back online again.

Good MOrning, please confirm if this is specific to the business package you have?
 
Yep, all three sites that experience this are on the same MWEB Business package.

We sold off our Business division to Internet Solutions.

Your account is no longer with MWEB.

I would suggest making contact with IS either via Telephone or email for assistance.
