MWEB - Alias or Xtra Email address

I am trying to find out which to use.

If I use an mweb alias, can I send email using this alias?

If I have an extra mweb email address, can I use this directly from
Windows Mail (Vista)
or only from the
Mweb Message Centre ?

Or is there another option ?

Sometimes you want to send a message or subscribe to a forum etc without using your own email address which is obviously laying you open on the web. But at the same time, you don't want to use numerous email accounts such as yahoo, gmail etc etc and have to forward emails to your mweb one, and have the hassle of maintaining them all, and simply want to have access from just the Windows Mail, Outlook, etc etc.

So what's the solution, please??

To quickly answer your question . Yes you can use your email alias in the excact same manner you would use any other email addy. You can use outlook to download the email for you from the mweb server or you can use the airmail option which can be reached through the mweb webpage.

If you would like to use outook to retrieve your emails for you just set it up in the excact same manner you woud have setup your primary email address. except the username and password would be different.
