Ordered the 384k+1gb+modem package for a customer that wanted to stay with Mweb. We are doing the whole thing through Mweb, line installation, modem delivery etc. I've got experience with Telkom processes, but does anyone have experience with Mweb in this regard?

PS Had to phone four times just to get the application forms emailed. With the first two consultants I spelled out the customer's email address, and after no response phoned a third time, halfway through spelling out the addy, the lady interrupted me with "May I have your fax number?", then she faxed the wrong form, so I had to phone again, this time spoke to someone that finally got it right

I thought of changing my 512 line to 1meg and phoned mweb about it.They suggested i bundle through them as it is cheaper and they would get a sales person to phone me.After 2 calls I am still waiting for the call from sales 3 hours later.I think I will upgrade through Telkom as the saving per month is not worth the hastle of waiting. And what happens if I change my ISP?

I presume you are currently with Mweb, all that happens when you change your ISP is that you get new logon detail, and you loose your Mweb email addy. Just be careful when you make Telkom your ISP, if you register today, you will be charged the full amount for August and in advance for September, regardless of the fact that it is almost the end of the month. BTW, I upgrade my 512 line to 4meg with the doBroadband 3 package, still sorting out the mess on my account...

I was not thinking of changing my ISP for the moment. My ISP is Mweb my line rental via Telkom.I am thinking of the future when if you are bundled what happens if you change your ISP to the rental on the telephone line which is done via Mweb if you bundle.

Mmm... suppose we will get the horror stories on the forums when someone encounters that scenario, don't even want to think about it! O yes, just recalled that a friend is upgrading from his Mweb dial-up to an all-inclusive package, they told him it will take four weeks, they probably have to wait for Telkom to line installation/activation.
