I'm battling to connect to my work VPN using my mweb uncapped unshaped account (using a Dlink DSL 2740U)

Using Cisco VPN client i can connect if i dial up with 3G but when i try to connect through my adsl it doesn't connect at all

Any idea what I can check now?

Hi remybfg10k

Did you check the firewall settings on the router? Are there any VPN settings on the router? Did you check the firewall settings on the router? Please provide more information about the query.

Kind regards

Think a port number would be the most useful information. It could be shaped.

I'm on the unshaped package.

What is the generic port number for VPN as i havent configured anything different in the VPN client, or is it configured server side?

As far as i can see no firewall is enabled.

I've been looking for anything that states VPN but there is nothing

What else can i check?
