So I am tired of bad service especially when I have been through this situation before. So the previous situation is exactly the same is this one. I have an existing fibre line already installed. All that needs to happen is for them to activate it. So I contacted Mweb as ISP and the line would be with Metro Fibre. I told them that there is already and existing line as I have used it and was also with Metro Fibre. All the lights are shining except for the service light and just needs activation from them. Mweb decides it falls in new line as in, someone has to come and install a brand new line and insists on it! 4 working days later and still having this fight! I told them that it took a guy called Stewart Cousins that worked at frogfoot as I had the same problem at my new place 5 minutes to fix and I was online immediately! I was here when the line was installed I used it and it worked. I left everything in great condition for my parents to use and Mweb is pulling the same move and refuses to listen to me! I am helping my parents who are both pensioners to get their internet up, but I have to tell the people at Mweb what they are doing wrong, and then they use one of the biggest lies for bad service in South Africa called "working days". I have waited your 4 working days Mweb and still no internet.... What is your excuse now?
