MWeb Billing for Dec/Jan

I downgraded from 2Mb Premium UC to 4Mb Standard UC on for 1 Dec 2013.

I'm confused by the invoice:

1 item for 1 Dec 2013 - 31 Jan 2014 then another for 1 Jan 2014 - 31 Jan 2014 for the same 4Mb Standard UC package

Anyone else experience this?

I have a similar problem.
On the 6th December I upgraded from a 2MB Premium to a 4MB premium and now thay want R1360 ???
Looks like for Jan I'm being charged for a 2MB + 4BM - I don't understand this.
Can you help here also MWEB Guy

yup i have the same issue, have phoned the call center and they have said they will look into it, Been given a ref# so i phone them tomorrow and see if anything has been done.
