mweb billing of uncapped

how does m-webs' billing work, is it from the 1st of the month or from the day of purchase.
eg if i were to open an uncapped account right now would things come to a hault 1st May and still pay the full R199 ?

If you were to sign up now then you would be billed pro rata for the rest of this month.
