MWeb billing - what a nightmare

Upgraded from ADSL to LTE beginning of November 2023 - MWeb assured me they would take care of cancelling ADSL Line Rental.

Ha.

Unable to get hold of the billing dept on the phone, logged a query on their portal, no response after 2 days.

Is this how MWeb rolls?
