Mweb blacklisting again lolz

Ive received a letter from mweb saying if i dont pay my outstanding balance of R70
they will hand me over....

1.Handing over for R70? serious?? i just went ahead and paid it.
although i might be a bit late, as the letter was sent 13May, and i only got it on the 27May.Maby the could of sent me a email? or not since email cost way more money!!
I had to sent proof of payment via fax(altho i couldnt), an ISP that prefers to deal with letters and faxes???are you kidding me??

2.The initial amount was R140, that they overcharged me on capped account(over usage).after they admitted they made a mistake, they agreed to cut it by half.
but i was not happy as im still being charged R70 for 700meg.

3.A mweb rep even phoned me and apologized. this was all in March.

Hope i dont get blacklisted.

If only their tech support guys were as efficient as their legal department
 
thx MWEB Guy you could atleast make sure i did not get blacklisted.

I just payed R70 not to get blacklisted for a mistake mweb made, makes me feel real good.

I can assure you that you were not blacklisted, as I followed up with Collections myself to ensure that this would not happen.

Dang Janseng. it probably cost them more to send that letter considering they had to use a human to type it up, put it in an envelope and post it!

i sent my cancellation in this morning (faxed twice and email, making sure they got it ;) ). got tired of having very little feedback from Mweb about my issues.

MWeb Guy - don't bother, i've made up my mind.
 
Hey guys i'm having the same problem , I registered a free account by them for one month (the account didn't even work and I received no emails etc after submitting my details) Im only 16 so I registered my moms phone number no credit card details or any thing of that sort! now my mom is receiving sms's that their going to blacklist her account , I called them and they said there is a amount of 1000 rand outstanding wtf! keep in mind that the account is registered to my name so in their books their going to blacklist me !? a 16 year old ?
