Mweb blocks DC connections?

I have been struggling to connect to DC P2P hubs using ApexDC++. I've forwarded my ports, restarted my router and computer, checked all my settings, set-up a static IP, but it still gives my this weird error.

When I try to connect to a hub, it gives me a "connected" indication, but nothing happens after it. I am currently on 2mb uncapped connection from Mweb. Does Mweb block DC connetions, or is there something I can do about it?

Does it show you users?

Are you sharing enough to connect to the hub?

If you can see users but just not download their file lists, then it is a port forwarding problem. I can tell you out of experience that 99.9999999% of the time it is port forwarding that is causing the troubles with DC.

It didn't even display the users. But it's fixed now. I just left my pc for a few hours and now everythings normal. Thanks anyway

Looks like its giving me the same problem again. It connects to the hub, but nothing happens. It worked for a few hours. I've tried restarting my router, but no luck.

Any idea what could be giving the problem?
