8pm, phone call to mweb to ask why server is unreachable.
Now 3:35am and they still have not put a KVM on that server to see what's wrong.

These big ISPs are a problem when it comes to support. I have been with a less porpular ISP for our company's internet connectivity and the support is great. They know your name you know their names and the actual connectivity is awesome.
Hi kianm, which ISP are you with? Sounds like exactly what i need, tired of being ignored by MWeb.
