MWeb Booster??

I just bought a booster at the MWeb site about a half hour ago, on the MyADSL (or something like that) pannel it shows the booster is active, but when i try to open a website it says "The connection was reset" although i can still get onto local websites. How long does it take for a booster to activate?!?!?!?

I restarted my router and stuff and still, nothing! (after half an hour)
