Mweb Business uncapped - Billion routers disconnecting ?

Our clients on Mweb Business Uncapped using Billion routers are experiencing repeated intermittent disconnections - which seem related to momentary authentication failures.

A contact at Mweb says we are not the only client with this issue - is anyone else here experiencing the problem ?

I thought Mweb only provided Cisco routers in accordance with their SLA with Mweb Business packages?
