I have been trying to resolve a mail and connectivity issue with MWEB and it is impossible to get through to them.
Yesterday on a cellphone I waited 30 minutes (I checked the call time!) before a human answered their premier number 0860 000 158.
This afternoon i have been trying to get through - calls dropped after 15 to 20 minutes in queue, now it is just unavailable.
I hate calling MWEB support as I know that I am in for a long wait (just like the proverbial appy sent to the hardware store for a "long wait").
MWEB have the worst call centre AFAIK.
Anyone else having problems?
