My client never received a cancellation form, despite having emailed Mweb, and he's being charged for two extra months - money is coming out of my pocket because I believe in delivering service, not lies.

Apparently you can downgrade your uncapped to a 1gb capped package with 0 notice, and then rather cancel that package.

See if you can do that before you cancel, and save yourself a little money.
