Well that is a REALLY helpful reply - keeps us fully informed of the problem and helps us be assured that there will be a timely solution. I am out of the country and need to communicate with clients - I use my Tiscali address for this - http://webmail.mweb.net/mweb_business.php will not allow me to send mail. How long is it going to be down?????????????? Message Centre is also down - not just the MWEB page.

Just managed to get into one of our servers, looks like the problems started at 2:39am this morning with no connectivity until about 7:34am then sporadic connectivity since
