Good day.

I just want to inform that im not satisfied at all with your internet service, for last month around the 22nd. My internet went so slow the google picture takes about half a minute to load. When in was the 1st of March my internet went all of a sudden fast! I thought that was suspicios. Well i went on. Im a calm person that do not get mad.Now about 5 days ago about the 22nd march. It went very slow again. I call one of your technicians and he gave me a new username. Reautheticated my line and refreshed it. Told me to wait 30min. I waited an hour. I turned it on. Guess what nothing!!!! Very disapointed!!!!! When the 1st of april arrives and my internet is fast again.I know that you guys are ripping me off.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience so far. Please allow me to look into this from our side. PM me the MWEB email address or username as well.

As mentioned by jackshiels, Seacom experienced a international cable break on multiple cables and that affected browsing and emails.
