I ordered an upgrade from MWeb ADSL to fibre. OpenServe called to schedule the installation after 1 on Monday a week ago. I wait from 1 until 5, but no one shows up. I make a query with MWeb; they say I asked to cancel the installation. I tell them I didn't and would like them to do the installation. I later find out OpenServe had arrived at 12:30, so I wasn't there yet. I add this to my query but get no response. Every few days I add another reminder that I am still waiting. And then this morning I see my query has been closed, with no response from MWeb.
I take it MWeb doesn't like my money.
