ping is normal 250ms
No apps running.

SO F**ing annoying!

any1 else having these probs?

Err yes, i have been spiking for the past two days(seems to go away around 11pm)
so my thought was shaping, I'm on a 384 mweb uncapped account and live in cpt.
two games i have been lagging in are starcraft2 and dota2 all local games seem to fine.
