MWEB e-mail down?

I cannot access my MWEB e-mail, tried it with Outlook, on my iPad as well as through the MWEB website. None of them works. Anyone with a similar problem?
 
I just checked using that link and it works perfectly fine for me.
 
Thanks for checking, but I can also access with that link, but when I click on the "Messages" link, I cannot access my mail and then when I click on "Refresh" I get the following message "Error! If the error persists, contact 087 700 0777 with this tracking number: AFB1A9D"

I clicked on messages and they loaded up no problem.

So any chance you did what it said and called the number with the tracking code?

I guess not, because going to a third party forum makes so much more sense doesn't it.

Thanks for the sarcastic comment, it is appreciated. And here I thought the "MyBroadband" forum would be an ideal place to start! I just thought that I would first ensure that no-one else has a similar problem before I make a phone call (which unnecessarily wastes money) and wake up my whole household with me blabbing on the telephone.

Yes, I am still having problems this morning. I tried it at home with Outlook, as well as through the Message Center on the MWEB website. I have just tried it at work on a different compuyer, and still no success. My e-mail is s t e y n 1 9 6 3 (at) m w e b DOT c o DOT z a.

Are you obtaining specific errors when accessing message centre?

In Outlook it keeps on asking for my password, and I do not get errors whilst accessing the message center and I see a notification that I am logged in. I get the error message "Error! If the error persists, contact 087 700 0777 with this tracking number: xxxxx" after I click on messages, and when no messages are displayed, and when I then click on the "Refresh", this error message is being displayed.
However, I just got off the phone after talking to the call center. They tried to send me an e-mail, but apparently they saw that it was not being delivered. The call center then said that they will "reset" my mailbox, and that I need to try again after 30 minutes. I will try at 09:30 and see what happens.

No need for this as I have just logged in and I now can see my e-mail messages in the Message Center. Thanks for the help, and to Naweed Bray in the call center as well! Proffesional and effective assistance received from him!
