Mweb email pop3 smtp service down

i can't use outlook for gmail now, pop3 smtp down for email, test from telkom isp account, no problem, did mweb block smtp and pop3?

The current functionality is limited to browsing and mail. We hoping to restore some of the other functionality soon.
We have tested and Google mail and Skype's functionality has been restored.

Port: 995 Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server – requires TLS: smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)
Use Authentication: Yes
Use STARTTLS: Yes (some clients call this SSL)
Port: 465 or 587 Account Name: your Gmail username (including '@gmail.com') Email Address: your full Gmail email address ([email protected]) Password: your Gmail password

yes mweb block, that why we can not use gmail on outlook

I can't download my gmail mail through pop3 and IMAP either, using Mail.app. My IMing (gtalk & MSN) won't connect and Steam has been dead for a few days. I just want to log on so I can play a game that requires online mode (to play offline), surely this isn't bandwidth intensive

this is relly starting to become crazy, all us mweb clients paying for money for something that don't work all the time.
