My MWEB Faxmail has been giving problems for aeons now.
Whenever I want to check under "sent fax" if the fax has gone through, it gives an error message, i.e. "error communicating with the service .. please try again".
This has been going on for more than a month and when I call MWEB Technical Services, they play dumb.
Anyone experienced the same?
