So just to sum it up quickly:
1. Signed up for the 100/20 package on MWEB
2. They struggled to get my address
3. Address confirmed, Openserve called to schedule installation
4. Received router (Zyxel EMG3525-T50B)
5. Openserve complete installation
6. Hook up router
7. Problems start
Okay, so when i try connect to the Zyxel router with my phone it cant authenticate IP address. So wifi wont work but when i connect to the PC with a ethernet cable i get internet access through the PC. I did a reset on the router also and the email and password they sms'd me i apllied in the settings.
When i do a speed test im only getting 25/25 speed which i didnt apply for.
@MWEBHelp please sort this out or release the line and come fetch your router so i can go to another ISP.
