mweb Fibre installation

Vumatel switched fibre from telkom to Mweb on monday , still waiting for activation of service ,ive been calling Mweb everyday for updates
called mweb again today ,only to be told my address and object number do not correspond, that is why it has not been activated and ill have to wait for 72 hours again for them to "update it "what an inconvenience ,why must I wait for 72 hours for my address to be updated.....Someone please help!
