Mweb Fon Router or Adsl line

Having endless problems with connection. Have telkom Adsl line(4mbps) & mweb fon router. Apart from line speeds being all over the place (neighbours have same problem so it is not just my line) my wifi connection is constantly dropping -literally every few minutes. I connect cells, tabs, computers, etc to wifi & all have the same problem. Could this be because of line speeds or the actual router. Tried to borrow a router from a friend but I had no sooner plugged it in when our electricity went off for many many hours & I had to return it. I do a lot of streaming, Skyping, etc so this is driving me nuts & effecting business. Any thoughts would be greattach.

-line stats from the router (SNR & Attenuation)
-A screenshot from the WiFi analyser app showing signal strength.

I recall the FON Router sort of "soft rebooting" itself when losing connection which would explain the Wifi dropping.
