Anyone else having the issue with Mweb/Iafrica where good emails are automatically going into the junk folder? By good emails I mean emails from respected institutions, organizations and companies as well as from eddresses on my white list. I have set my email so that junk mail also goes into my inbox so I don't miss anything, but this is really no solution.
I first reported this to their technical support on 20 September with no resolution to date. I have asked them to escalate this, but it seems to have made little difference.
I know of other people who are having the same problem.
Any suggestions as to other avenues I can try to get it resolved?
