Mweb Guy - Assist converting mailbox.

I need to create aliases on one of my clients mailboxes and Mweb told me they need to be converted to stand alone mailboxes. I asked them to convert it. They said they sent it through to the domain department and yet still no feedback. Been following up every week day.

Sent request the 14th.
Today is the 26th.
Pathetic.
This is to convert one mailbox and create a new one.

Help me. Obviously I will ask my client to move the email accounts to our servers after this since it is unacceptable to wait this long for a mailbox to be converted.
