Logged Monday morning - still not sorted after 24 hours.

The MyAccount portal is not giving monthly usage details and we are desperate to bill our clients for November.

Our liaison person at Mweb is not responding to mail and not taking calls.

There seems to be no sense of urgency at all !!

We need this sorted - now, not tomorrow please.

I have now escalated this matter to our premier support department as well as their management to assist asap.
 
Still not working.

Hi

I believe that you were contacted and advised that there is a bug in the system at the moment.
From what I see it has been logged with our network team and we have not yet received a ETR.
Our team will remain in contact with you and advise of any update.

Same system error as last week.

Tested and I am able to access my account with my personal details.

Have you tried an alternate device or browser?
 
I can login - but if I check usage it fails.

Please send me the error and your MWEB account details via private message and I will escalate this accordingly
