Mweb Guys please help with email swap problems.

Hi,

I used webadmin.mweb.net to do a mailbox swap as we have 1 employee that resigned and a new employee that needs email.

Something went horribly wrong with the mailbox swap as I can not retrieve the emails (tells me incorrect user name or password).

I have called and emailed mweb regarding this several times over the last 2 months, they keep "fixing" it but nothing changes.

I gave up on that route then used on webadmin.mweb.net to delete the email account thinking it would be easier to just re create it.

Now I have a reply from an Mweb rep saying I must go through another department to delete the email account.

I am getting sick of this and just want the account either repaired or deleted and re-created (as I asked mweb to do several times via email and via the phone).

Please help me fix this. It should be and usually is simple to manage my email accounts but I do not want to spend any more time going through red tape to create 1 simple email address.
