Very very disappointed in mweb, for the past two months you guys tried to double debit me leaving my account in arrears on your side because I make sure my account only has your money, today my internet is off and I'm told that I must pay reconnecting fee when the only damn reason I am in arrears is because you tried to double debit me I'm so thankful I though ahead to get a separate account for only mweb payments otherwise I would be paying R3500 for 25mbps wifi
