Mweb Hosting control panel is gone

I am tinkering with an old domain and I need the username and password to get onto the server with ftp but after having to trick the flawed "forgot password" feature to give up my password, I get into my account where the control panel used to be and now after the awful redesign, is gone. Anyone know where I can find it?

These are the steps to access cpanel, however if they are providing a problem we will need to involve our hosting team:

1. Go to mweb homepage http://www.mweb.co.za
2. Click on myaccount.
3. Sign in with email address [email protected] and password
4. Click on uncapped hosting
5. Click on SIGN IN

Ijust recently registered a domain with Mweb. And I have no idea what my control panel password is.Where do I get it?
