Our interim international bandwidth is still running at full capacity, split over two separate routes. Indications from Seacom are that the repairs to their cable may only be completed by the 22nd of July.

Kind Regards

my internet is much slower since today. Infact starting yesterday around 4pm.

My internet has been slow too. The downloads I had finished downloading and I've been idling overnight at about 1-2KB/sec.

I'm sure there's something wrong with 1-2k - where are the downloads from or alternatively, are they P2P or something else? I've seen consistent speeds since the new bw came online.

I was kidding :). The connection was idling - it works 100%.

Although I've had some Rapidshare issues == "null string" error message in JDownloader with some segments not completing. It must be the new Rapidshare account thing.

My torrents also seem extremely slow last night and today.

Anyway.

MWEB operations, will MWEB be looking to EASSY from today to help with bandwidth constraints?

Oh seacom is still down? Congrats to Mweb on their efforts then. Cause for this past week I thought it was back up.
