It was indeed, well spotted. Where is the one for SEACOM?

Nothing definite - just this:

Tentative date scheduled for Seacom maintenance

Latest update, received from TENET: Thursday, 22 April

The timing of this maintenance remains “tentative”, namely 24 April from 07:00 GMT. Seacom have yet to give more definite times and durations. This repair is unfortunately at the mercy of the elements.

This is an untenable and difficult situation both for TENET and for all the institutions. Accordingly, TENET is currently negotiating alternative bandwidth from outside suppliers so that internet connectivity will not be affected by the scheduled maintenance of the Seacom cable. Securing alternate International Transit would mean minimal downtime. Initial indications are positive and within 24 hours we will have completed these negotiations and will post an update to REN-news.

Regards,
TENET Service Management Team
