Mweb International Outage?

Hi Guys

Is anyone else experiencing SEVERELY slow international speeds?
Here's my current speed on my 4mb line

EDIT: My Local speeds is fine....
Edit 2: I take back my first edit! Doesnt seem to be just Mweb though. Tried with Telkom and getting the same speeds. Vonnii are you from Natal? I MAINTAIN these (@#*&$^* have something against us....

I am getting 3Mb/s for both local and international (tried London and New York). I am on a 4MB Uncapped from Mweb. Browsing is slow however, definitely not at 3Mb/s.
