So I recently moved into a new place and once I did my checks found that @Frogfoot Fibre is available in my area.
I placed an order and my ISP came back and said another order with a diff name and ISP is already active. After some research I found that the previous tenants placed an order with MWEB.
So it should be easy
Contact the previous tenant and get them to cancel their order. Well its been 3 weeks and we get no joy from MWEB. They dont reply to emails, answer their phones or social media.
Does anyone know if the current ISP can override the order and install my fibre
