I have a business static IP uncapped, the back end client zone is terrible, looks like something from win 95 days.

It is difficult to find or do anything in there.

Mweb should hire Afrihost to redo there whole system, Home & Business.

One login which shows everything in a glossy clean interface, as well as features like invoice in PDF, Reset ADSL Port, check current sync speed, a box showing you current usage (Currently I've got to click 6 buttons and enter dates to see usage)

And a whole list of other things.

Please Mweb

I will give feedback with pleasure, and lots of idea's.:D

If anything, the ISP I have been the most impressed with regarding a client zone is Axxess. Don't know if it is still the same but damn that worked like a charm. I find it ironic that most ISPs don't have good websites, seeing as they are our providers to accessing websites.

Not talking about front pages mind you, those are generally all filled with the usual "on the pulse" stuff which isn't bad if you have your homepage set and you like that kind of thing but generally I don't want to know all of that stuff anyway, just a nice clean interface. But MWEB's client control panel is a nightmare of weird categories that generally don't give the information I want in a presentable fashion. I know there are a lot of services and maybe old grannies like it but it definitely isn't streamlined!
