If i may ask, why not just dump the line and account with mweb, there bundled service usually saves you a couple rand extra. But you can do as you please, just wondering why you want to pay 3 people instead of two!

You can't have the mweb line as a stand alone product, it needs to be a bundled service in order to get the line.
