So , I've been trying to get the most out of Local only cap, but I can't access the locally mirrored sites of youtube etc, keep getting the sadface landing page of "you have been capped etc etc buy more pls".
So this has been happening for a while.
Finally contacted mweb technical support and he said it was because the cable was down, which happened this morning according to mweb's logs.
Can I get a straight answer here ?
