Mweb login problem

I have been a subscriber to the Mweb service for the past 2 weeks. I am trying to log on to my account on the Mweb website. When you go to the main Mweb site, I can log on to the website ok, but as soon as I want to go to My Account, they ask you to confirm your password, and when I do this, it takes me back to their product page..... WTF.
Can anyone shed some light on this problem....?
