MWEB Migration Status. Where is it?

Hi guys,

I sent an email to mwebs migration department to have my line upgraded. In the response email it says I can check the status of my application @ www.mweb.com yet I have checked the site and find no such relevant link.

Is there a link, possibly hidden from their pages that I can check my status?

Is this an upgrade to 1mb? Wouldn't the status be available in your User Control Panel. There may not be a status but the speed should be there.
