This is with torrents running. I had the same kind of speeds about a week or two back when Telkom was busy changing the exchange over to ADSL 2+, and for a few days after that. I suspect there was a misconfiguration on my DSLAM, or at the exchange's ATM link, as I got exactly the same speeds with Web Africa.

haha I'm capped, but did manage some decent speed on Sunday eventually getting some new Linux Distro's to play with..
Managed 54 KBps (local) on 512kbps line ...

Still to hear a peep from MWEB about the upgrade to uncapped ... sigh ..
